Shipping Policy
As a rule, Becca will contact customers with an additional shipping fee after the order has been placed. Because some pieces are very large and heavy, the cost is significant. Consider this when placing an order. If you are local to the Moncton, New Brunswick region, Becca does offer free local delivery and pickup. She will contact you with details.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on all orders within 30 days. If the piece has been damaged after arrival (and not during shipping), returns will not be accepted and it will be the customer's loss.
