Terms & Notes:
-Vendor space is limited to what they can fit on their table or below their table (storage). If you are along a wall, you may hang a sign / banner as long as it does not damage the wall.
-If you are a MLM vendor (Avon, scentsy, epicure, ect), please note that your application may be rejected if there is already a vendor attending that represents the same MLM. A full refund will be provided.
-Once payment is made it cannot be refunded. You may contact us if you are unable to attend and we can try and fill your spot and provide a refund.
-Vendor set up time will be Friday, March 31 from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday, April 1 from 7:30am to 8:30am. Vendors MUST BE fully set up and ready to sell by 8:45am.
-Vendors CANNOT leave early unless there is an emergency.
-The vendor agrees to indemnity to hold harmless Curt’s General Market Place or Curtis Flanagan (Host), The Riverview Lion’s Club, for all damages, costs, and/or claims or expenses arising from the exhibitors use of the area. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with these terms and conditions before accepting them.
There will be no refunds once payment has been made. Should you not be able to attend, we can try and sell your spot and give you a refund (less 10% processing fee). Vendors must give a minimum of 1 weeks notice prior to the event in order for us to attempt to sell their spot.
Should an event get canceled for any reason prior to event set up, vendors will be provided a credit towards another event. **Events Canceled day of set up or day of event due to acts of God, Snow Storm, Power Outage, Etc. no credit or refund will be provided.**
