Below are the details of our 2 Christmas Markets for 2023. Location will be at the Riverview Lions Club 701 Coverdale Rd.
**PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO TAXES FOR THESE EVENTS**
Each event has 4 options for set up location that vendors can choose from. (Set up includes one 8ft table and 2 chairs, Vendors can note in the comments if they want a 6ft table instead of 8ft)
- Option 1 Location: Upstairs along a wall with power option (Extension must be supplied by vendor)
- Option 2 Location: Upstairs in the center of the venue. No wall or power is available or included.
- Option 3 Location: Down Upstairs in the Bingo Hall, along the wall with power option. Extension cord not included. Vendor must bring their own.
- Option 4 Location: Downstairs in the Bingo Hall, in center of the venue. No wall or power is available or included.
PLEASE NOTE if you are a MLM vendor (ie. Avon, Tupperware, Norwex), please send us a message first before booking.
REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds once payment has been made. Should you not be able to attend, we can try and sell your spot and give you a refund (less 10% processing fee). Vendors must give a minimum of 1 weeks notice prior to the event in order for us to attempt to sell their spot.
Should an event get canceled for any reason prior to event set up, vendors will be provided a credit towards another event. **Events Canceled day of set up or day of event due to acts of God, Snow Storm, Power Outage, Etc. no credit or refund will be provided.**
